  No one likes sending a check out to insurance every month, especially if you don't ever need to use it. ***HOWEVER!*** I try to point as many people as I can to Julie because when I finally DID need her, she really went to bat for me when talking with adjuster and managed to get some things covered the adjuster said they wouldn't.

  These women know their stuff. The run a lean operation so a call may go to voicemail, but they are quick to respond with answers that are needed. They have great ideas and desire to save people money too. So fun and personable to work with.

  I have not met Julie or her team in person but I feel like I know them -- and they know me. When I call (I may get voicemail but they always call back immediately) they know who me and my family are and they remember exactly what our last conversation was about and what our needs are. They go out of their way to be creative and helpful and trying to save us money -- which is especially important when you have young teen drivers! Responsive on assisting with claim issues/questions as well.
