His staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they are always available to answer your questions or assist you with you needs. Steve goes way beyond the duties of what most of us consumers are used to when it comes to insurance. Steve treats you and your property like he would for his own family. I know when I send a friend or relative to Steve to discuss coverage or give a rate quote, Steve is going to make sure that person is happy, and has coverage for life's unplanned little experiences.
