(April 10, 2019, 6:11 pm)Alan Beck and the agency is second to none! I mean that wholeheartedly. I have had a few other insurance agencies in the past, but recently sat down with Alan and he explained IN DETAIL my home, auto, and boat policies. I have never actually been told what my coverages are actually for, or what is actually covered - as I was more concerned with the bottom line at the end of the day and hope nothing ever happens. I had no clue that what my old policies covered, and where I believed I had coverage in place - but didnt. I am very grateful Alan took the time to actually look at my old policies and actually give me better coverage - for just about the same price! I know Alan knows the industry as he used to be a claims agent adjuster. He knows the policies and what you may need to be covered should the need arise. That is a challenging question as in my experience insurance is not an exciting field. (Writes the guy who owns an insulation company!)
Well, Alan makes it fun. Not the payments, but the meetings anyhow. It’s good to know that he is actively involved in the community and beyond that his YouTube videos are engaging and hilarious!

It was a lot smoother and less expensive (actually free) process than I thought it would be. With past insurance agents I have struggled to get a call or email back when I reach out to the office, but it’s clear to me that you make customer service a priority. You even helped me get the windshield replacement appointment scheduled when I was making the claim with you on the phone.
