(March 22, 2019, 12:40 pm)I have been working with Jim and team for the past 3-4 years but within the last year have transitioned all my insurance needs to them. Initially I only had a rental insurance policy but after purchasing a home this past year and shopping around with at least 10 different insurances, I was sold on their service and their price to cover our cars, boat, home and all other benefits. The StateFarm app is great, Jim and team are always responsive and provide great service (even when I am slow to respond) and are always looking to make sure our family is taken care of. Would highly recommend this team!

(September 26, 2018, 12:32 pm)I have been with Jim since I moved here to Minneapolis back in 2011 and the service has been marvelous. I haven't had to deal with any issues regarding reporting claims or claims been paid to me.
There is no hassle if I call in and ask to have auto-pay suspended until I can pay in another week or two. The best customer service experience I have ever encountered with an insurance company.
I have dealt with insurance companies in the past that try and steer you into places that are not the best for getting your car repaired but not with Jim Lindahl. Great experience and will continue to enjoy the service
