They are always so willing to answer questions and concerns, and are very professional and kind. Whether you call or stop in, they always make time to see how they can assist you. They also respond to emails quickly. We highly recommend this agency.

For my first accident, Allstate was there holding my hand throughout the process from towing my car to the auto body shop to completing the claim. I was also able to get status updates and info from the easy to use Allstate App. Thank you Allstate!
(May 18, 2018, 5:09 pm)The team at Sniezek Allstate is awesome! They are always responsive and willing to answer questions I have about my policies. They have been with me through accidents and changes of address, and through it all they have provided superior service at an excellent value. They also reach out periodically to see if I have all of my insurance needs met, and even to wish me a happy birthday! I would recommend doing business with them to anyone.
