The downside is we suffered a major theft the upside is that the claim process was exceptional and Travelers treated us super fair and super timely.

(May 13, 2019, 2:41 pm)I have nothing short of LOVED working with Willow Wood! First of all, I've saved so much money far over and above the "discounts" I was given by previous insurer. They are always quick to respond to my emails with questions. They were quick to put together quotes and answer my many questions about the quotes. They worked hard when my home had some vehicle records mistakenly attached to it due to previous homeowner – they got them removed by the underwriter. I highly recommend them to anyone as much as I can, simply because they're that great to work with.

When we were shopping for coverage I was so impressed with the level of knowledge Lisa was able to share with me about various policy options based on our needs. She patiently walked me through our options and answered my many questions. The very best part was the money she was able to save us for even better coverage that we had before. When we ended up in an accident the level of service from Willow Wood was awesome-they were in touch within minutes of seeing our claim and they were helpful and compassionate. Everyone at Willow Wood has been helpful and responsive when we have had to make changes to our policy or if we have had any questions regarding coverage. I can't recommend Willow Wood more highly.
(April 25, 2019, 11:16 pm)Great service. Very pleasant experience. We were notified that we needed to have our vehicle insurance changed from MN to AZ or we would lose our registration. Lisa was able to make that change happen in a very timely fashion.
