In late November 2022, the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) mailed a Disenrollment Letter (DL) to Cal MediConnect (CMC) members in Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, and Santa Clara counties. This letter was sent in error, and is not part of the outreach plan for the January 1, 2023 transition.
