  Dustin Stifter state farm is awesome. They are there ready to answer my questions when I call. I always get a person and not a recording. If you have to leave a voicemail they call back pretty quick. It was easy to add and remove a vehicle from my policy when I purchased and sold a vehicle. They have always been very helpful. I recommend him for insursnce.

  You get what you pay for, and they are worth EVERY penny. Every time I have a question they are there for me. Also, very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to understanding coverages needed and why they are needed. Excellent customer service, very pleased to have an agent like Dustin along with his team.

  Dustin took me on as a client after an unfortunate experience with a totaled vehicle that was hit by an under-insured driver. My car was not worth enough for anything more than liability coverage; since I was not at fault, Statefarm was not able to assist in the aftermath. I had never met my prior agent or spoken to him; and after getting little to no assistance from the old agent's office, it just left a bad taste in my mouth and I realized my preference for knowing my agent. Dustin was recommended to me by a friend. He was willing to speak to me directly before I expressed any indication of wanting to change agents, he helped me on a weekend when I quickly needed to get full coverage for a new car I had spontaneously purchased, and then sat down with me at a time of my choosing to comprehensively go over my coverage and figure out what discounts I could get. Dustin absolutely provides value-added services. He will tell you what coverage you have, what he thinks you need, but will emphasize that you get to decide what additional coverages you have and don't have. I feel like I can trust Dustin; and after a less-than-ideal experience, am much more comfortable with him as my agent.
