Today I had to cancel my insurance. I sold my camper and I now reside in Florida. American Family doesn't insure in Florida so I'm sad to say goodbye to Pam and her staff. She is by far the best agent I have ever had. Pam cares about her clients and goes beyond the average customer service when it comes to dealing with her clients. Many times she has listened to me talk about my personal life and has always shown care and compassion. I've filed a few claims (yes. A few) with American Family Insurance and must say they are beyond fair with their customers. I now have Allstate insurance and it's been 2 months and after several requests I still haven't received my insurance cards. If American Family ever starts to insure in Florida I will drop Allstate immediately.
Pam McCarthy and her team do an incredible job of making sure the communication is top notch and we have plenty of coverage. My wife and I have been married recently and shortly after she was in an accident (everyone is okay thank God!). We were dreading the process and had heard nothing but horror stories from friends and we were extremely relieved and impressed by the amount of communication they gave us and how fairly we were treated.
I cannot say enough great things about the entire team and the level of customer service we experience.
