(May 8, 2019, 11:56 am)I totally love my friend, Jennifer is such a wonderful person she takes care of me better than my family, she answers all my question and if she don't know. She won't stop until she gets a answer. I love this lady. Leanne called me while she was on vacation, she heard that the building l was staying in had a fire. I lost everything, but l was comforted to know that l had such a team that had my back, that felt safe. Been with Leanne since 1997 and she and her team has been a blessing to me and my family. God bless you all.
(March 21, 2019, 1:30 pm)Had a claim with State Farm. The staff at Casanove State Farm were incredably helpful in completing the claim proccesd. Even after I picked up my claim check i had a few questions and I waxs able to return to the office anf Jennifer continued to help me. Amazing customer service!
(February 13, 2019, 11:34 am)They really care about their customers!!! I have had car insurance through Leanne's agency for years with excellent service and communication. My wife and I just bought our first home and called to inquire about home insurance and Rochelle immediately went above and beyond! She advocated on our behalf with the mortgage company, and even found discounts that we were eligible for which resulted in my wife and I actually getting checks in the mail! That never happens! She was the best part of all of the red tape of being a first time home buyer. They really care and want the best for their clients and it really shows! I would recommend them to anyone, and I will be a customer for life.
(August 16, 2018, 12:40 pm)I had been moved to a new State Farm agent because my previous agent had closed her office. I wasn't given any choice as to who would represent me nor given any consideration as to the office location relative to my home address. All I received from the new office was nothing; as a result I switched to Leanne Casanova and what a positive difference. Shortly after making the switch I was contacted by Leanne by phone and at her suggestion we set up a face to face meeting (first one we had had with a State Farm agent in over two decades). My wife and I met with Leanne, she went over all our insurance coverages and also provided us insights into other potential needs we might have. We ended up doing a total review, changing a couple of policies and also adding a couple of additional coverages based on the information Leanne had provided. If you want an insurance agent that truly cares about you and your needs, do consider giving Leanne Casanova a call; I don't think you will regret doing it.
