  Joe was very helpful in finding us the best rates - so, we could continue to cover our autos and 2 homes - as our new home is completed and our current home has not yet sold. Most of the conversation was personal chit-chat during our meeting - plus, the insurance business still got done. They are that kind of company!! Top notch service, great rates - and, they do the shopping around for you - so, you don't have to. In my opinion - it's a no-brainer!! Thank you for your help, Joe!!

  Empire insurance group is fantastic! In particular working with Angela Knutson. My husband owns a construction company and we often need insurance documents on short notice . Angela makes it all so easy for us! She is polite, professional always has the knowledge of our policy and is also fast! We have never had to wait for any documents at all. She just takes care of it immediately and emails whoever needs our documents.
  
  Insurance can be very tricky or confusing but this company along with Angela make it easy.
  I would never change companies .
