I recently moved to the area from out of state, and starting the insurance shopping process all over again is never fun. I called Fleming Insurance, and Jason got back to me the same day, and within the week, he had me all set up with new coverage. I had questions throughout the process and he either called or emailed me back the same day with my answers. I would definitely recommend this agency.
Jason has carried our associations townhome insurance since a fire made it necessary for us to change companies. He worked tirelessly to find us a policy that was affordable, but yet didn't jeopardize our coverage. When our latest policy came due, he found us an even more affordable policy. without us even asking!!!! He is truly "customer satisfaction" oriented and we appreciate him. He will always be our insurance agent !!!!

Roughly 3 years ago, I was searching for a new insurance agency, I had previously been with the same company for 10 years. My sister and her family had worked with Jason Fleming and his agency, so we called him up and had a meeting with him within a week. He listened to everything we had to say and within a couple days we had a great quote back! Since then, I've had quite a few questions arise, and I know that when I email Jason, I will get a swift response.
