(March 25, 2019, 10:11 am)I came in one day at the last minute trying to switch my insurance over to a new vehicle. Computers were down, and most agents would have left it at that, but Greg was relentless to get me squared away so I cold pick up my new car. He made several calls to corporate and who knows where else, but he got my policy updated so I could take delivery of my new car. Also, in the middle of making several calls on my behalf, he gave me a quote on life insurance that blew my current policy away. Thanks Greg and State Farm for going the extra mile and valuing your customers. I wont forget it, and really appreciate you.
