(June 17, 2019, 12:14 pm)When I first contacted Laurie, Allstate had better auto rates but was they were offset by the homeowner's policy. When my policy was up for renewal she contacted me again and was able to beat my other policy. My old agent was stunned, I had been with him for 5 years and he couldn't believe that Allstate would give me as good a rate as they did. He then offered to look around for other options, I told him that in 5 years he'd never contacted me with any other alternatives and no thank you. My policy is up soon and today I get a call from Laurie, she suggested a few changes that will cost me a little more per month but offers better coverage, I'm so pleased to have found her!
(November 26, 2018, 7:37 am)A very professional staff who works hard to get you an economical premium. No unpleasant lowball "surprises" after the quote like some others will do. Claims processing is also very smooth and efficient.
