As a small business owner, it is always a relief to have one less bill to worry about. Bushra has been managing my policies and consistently reminds me of my renewal, or follows up with any questions or required documents. She has made my transactions as smooth as possible, often meeting my needs over the phone or electronically, saving me a trip to the office. Ali, the owner is a valuable member of the community, and I love supporting business that support the community. He truly cares about his customers and is very down to earth, easy to talk to. (November 14, 2018, 7:05 pm)Nothing is worse than waiting an hour on the phone dealing with insurance companies. I got frustrated and eventually came into this office to see if I could get help, the staff was amazing, they were able to get me a quote within minutes at a very reasonable price. The owner was courteous and staff extremely efficient.

I ended up not get a good deal because quote was high but I will consider it if future quotes.
