After my accident, my car was towed to a lot. In order to have aaa tow my car from the lot to my house, they needed me to meet them there to sign the papers and release the vehicle (common practice, I agreed).
They told me that a tow truck driver would meet me there in 2 hours.
After a 1 hour drive, 5 calls to aaa, and 2 hours after our scheduled time, no one could even give me a time frame of when a driver would be there to release my vehicle.
So a total of 5 hours, 3 past my scheduled time, they still couldn’t tell me when someone would be in route!
I’m unsure how this company operates completely on false advertising.
Absolute joke, the exact type of business who runs the market under big false promises, handcuffing citizens and similar small business in the industry trying to enter the market.
