(February 13, 2019, 4:30 pm)Called this office and spoke to Duane and though my rates didn't budge much, I got something much better out of the call. After working with several other insurance agents and getting quotes myself left and right, not one person has been able to truthfully tell me the main factors affecting my rates. I appreciated the refreshingly upfront and unfiltered honesty, something so rare when dealing with such an often obscured and convoluted topic. Though I couldn't lower my current rates I am now much more educated and now have an action plan! Thank you, I will be calling back in a little while.
