(February 18, 2019, 10:26 am)Everything you could want from an insurance company/agent. They are always helpful, attentive, responsive and timely. Everyone in the office I have dealt with (shout out to Molly, especially) is knowledgeable about the policies and can answer questions. They also went out of their way to help me with insurance on my new lease car when the dealership I was working with was being super difficult. I would definitely recommend J. Balcom to others looking for an agent in the area.
(December 22, 2018, 10:35 am)In the process of buying my first home I was shopping around for a bunch of quotes and Alan Samaha at this office set himself apart from anyone I spoke with at other companies. Going through Alan I was able to bundle my home and auto insurance and I received incredible coverage I feel completely protected by, at a better price than anyone was able to give me. He also took the time to walk me through every part of that coverage so I know and understand exactly what it is. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Alan. I trust him, and I will be working with him for years.
(November 10, 2018, 8:52 pm)Alan from the Jason Balcom team was very helpful. I was purchasing car insurance in Michigan for the first time, and I needed to make the purchase quickly due to my car being a total loss. When I first called on a Wednesday to ask for a quote, he was very helpful in making sure I knew everything I needed to purchase (such as if medical coverage in an accident was needed or if it was covered under my health insurance). Their quote was the best in the area I could fined. On Friday when I knew the car I was purchasing, he helped me put the paperwork together by Saturday morning and I had car insurance by noon when I was purchasing my car. I look forward to having this team for my car and renter's insurance.
(September 10, 2018, 10:21 am)Jason and his team are top notch. They go above and beyond to explain insurance in a clear and understandable way in an ever changing industry. Jason was more than willing to meet with my wife and I face-to-face (which in my opinion has become rare) to discuss our insurance needs. He listened very carefully to the answers we provided to his questions so he could customize a plan that would best fit our needs. Jason has an out-of-the-box style of thinking and made some great suggestions that never would have occurred to me. We never felt like we were being pushed into insurance that we might or might not need, just given all the information so we could make an educated decision. It's evident that Jason loves what he does and knows the products that he offers, inside and out. After the meeting, my wife & I both walked out feeling as if a heavy weight had been lifted off our shoulders. We know that even from the smallest fender bender to a catastrophic (potentially life changing) event, that Jason will be there (probably in person) to help pick up the pieces, guide us through the process and get things back on track.
I have been referring all of my clients to the Jason Balcom State Farm Agency and continue to receive outstanding feedback with the level of service that they are provided with as well! Great job Jason & team! I finally feel like I can put down some roots and not worry about shopping insurance around every couple years.
