  Our family has been involved in unfortunately 3 separate accidents and every time our insurance agent, Naomi has gone above and beyond being helpful even to the point of communicating things with us on the weekends! Amazing, LOCAL customer service that can't be beat!

  I've been with State Farm for 15+yrs. I've always had great service. I get the best rates compared to other area insurance companies and their customer service is incredible especially Naomi. I typically work with Naomi and she is so great and professional. She is quick to get me information and help me with needed information and definitely knows her stuff and is very kind. With Naomi filing an insurance claim is easy.. you just call her and she gets it done.. Noami has made sure that my family and I have what we need and makes the process as seamless as possible. I feel confident and comfortable with her handling our insurance needs because she makes me feel like my family and I are her top priority every time. With the need to insure a variety of different things business, 1st time drivers we wanted a place that could handle all of our individual needs. Laurel Buekelman State Farm has exceeded all of our insurance expectations for everything we need to insure. I know that we are getting a GREAT customer Service and Naomi makes it that easy.

  I have one complaint! They dont have 10 stars on here! That is how good this office is. I just had a car accident 2-13-19 @ 1:06pm and they were very concerned and was glad I was ok. They think I should have never gotten a ticket and 2 points on my license for an ice patch that snuck up without warning. Brandi, Crystal (sp?), are the ones I been dealing with there. I been with this place for a long time.

  I love this agency!
  They go out of your way to be there for you, and answer all your questions. I always feels comfortable asking questions and getting the best answer for my needs! Very knowledgeable staff! A wonderful team and I wouldn’t have my insurance anywhere else!!!!

  My husband and I have been with this office for about 5 years and could not be happier. We get the best rates compared to other area insurance companies and their customer service is incredible. I can’t say a bad thing about any of the staff there, but we typically work with Naomi and she is PHENOMENAL. She is quick to get us information and help us with needed information and definitely knows her stuff. Filing an insurance claim is never fun, but each time, Noami has made sure that we have what we need and makes the process as seamless as possible. I feel confident with her handling our insurance needs because she makes me feel like we are her top priority every time. With the need to insure a variety of different things, we wanted a place that could handle all of our individual needs. Laurel Buekelman State Farm has exceeded all of our insurance expectations for everything we need to insure. It makes those payments a little easier to make each time, since we know that we are getting a good product and service for what we pay. I foresee us being with this company and location for years to come.
