  I had a great experience working with JPS Insurance agency after my car accident. I highly recommend my agent Beth. She helped me file the claim, work with the collision shop and line up the rental car. The insurance paid quickly on my claim and Beth quickly canceled my coverage on the totalled car and set up the coverage for my new car. They even worked around my vacation. It really helps to have them on your side.

  Best switch we ever made from old insurance agent to JPS. Jesse was very detailed and took time to review our old policy and point out where we fell short as well as where we were over in coverage. When we had to file a claim they were friendly, responsive, and sympathetic. They are the epitome of what every insurance agency should be!

  We have been with JPS for decades and have always been impressed with their quick responses and excellent service. Once we had a problem that lingered a little while, but it was small and was eventually resolved. They are not perfect, but we are, overall, highly satisfied customers and give them our strongest recommendation.

  JPS got different quotes from different insurance companies and was able to save us some money by switching our company insurance to a another reputable insurance comp..
  Always giving us the best advise on what coverage to pick. Very kind and delightful to work with.
