  I would give them 100 ⭐️‘s I honestly don’t know what we would have done without Ed and Up Front Settlements. Ed made the process so easy and stress free. We were very uneducated on the process of making an insurance claim and Ed helped us every step of the way. Ed and Up Front Settlements are honestly heaven sent and I honestly don’t know if he knows how grateful we truly are to have had him with us during this extremely stressful time. I would refer Up Front Settlements to everyone who has an insurance claim, he fought for us and he’ll fight for you too. He made us feel like family and to me you can’t put a price tag on that. We can not thank Up Front Settlements enough.

  I was getting nowhere with my insurance claim and the restoration company that they sent out, well, the only kindest term that I can use to describe them is deplorable. I started to research online and found Up Front Settlements. That was the Best call I could have ever made. To make a long story short, Ed is very professional and knowledgeable. He educated me on the process, answered all my questions, is very honest and goes out of his way for you. My opinion is that is a very rare commodity these days. My only regret is that I didn’t know about Ed and Up Front Settlements at the very beginning of my insurance claim. If I ever have another claim again the very FIRST call I make will be to Ed!!

  Ed was very honest forthright and took his time to educate me on the process and terminology of my insurance policy. He told me upfront that he did not believe that it would be to my benefit to hire him and that my claim was smaller then would probably be necessary for him to handle. Even though he was not getting the job he still took the time to wright up an estimate for mitigation and rebuilding of the damage i encured. Oh i should probably mention i had flood damage. He was expedient on the estimate and he kept in touch to see how it was going; again this was after he told me not to hire him for the insurance policy was too small to justify the cost. Awsome experiance can not say enough good things

  When the insurance company proved themselves impossible to work with, we hired Ed from Upfront Settlements. The insurance company was not willing to budge from a ridiculously low offer to repair our water damage. Ed stepped in and negotiated an amount for us to cover the enough needed to repair the loss. We didn't have to deal with the headaches the adjuster was causing. We can't thank Ed enough. In the event we face another loss we will hire Ed at the beginning of the claim process.
