(December 29, 2015, 7:47 pm)Jonathan has been a pleasure to work with over the past year. My first policy with him was as a first-time homebuyer. He sat me down and explained all my options for coverage and put together a solid recommendation for my home at a very competitive rate. Soon after we added my vehicles, in which he quadrupled my coverage - costing me less than what I was paying for less coverage. I also qualified for a multi-policy discount along with a Michigan college alumni discount as well! Over the summer I also added Life insurance policies through him.
I just had my first year review and adding up the savings throughout the year, I was able to take a vacation with the savings. I've taken a look at this year's rates and they did not change, unlike most other insurance companies. I'll be able to take another vacation!
He is very thorough and attentive without being a pushy salesman. I have referred many of my family members and friends to him with high remarks. He is willing to drive far distances to come to you, treats everyone like family, and really focuses on people and relationships, not the dollar signs or policy counts.
