  David has been my insurance agent since I bought my first house in 2005. I have never considered leaving or shopping for other insurance elsewhere. I have never - EVER - been anything but fully satisfied with the service they provide. Any time I need their help, I can email them and they typically answer me within 20 minutes or less. Call, and they will happily take my questions. If they don't know the answer, they get me one quickly. They are very transparent, I have never been pressured to buy anything extra, and they have always looked out for me and suggested ways in which I could save money. I don't know what else I can say. I usually only call them when something goes wrong; my basement flooded, someone broke my car window, etc... but no matter the situation, or how stressful it is, these guys do nothing to add to that stress. And not to sound too over the top, but they are really someone I can count on. Probably the highest compliment you can give a business.

  The coverage is great and the agents were helpful in explaining the benefits of the insurance, both auto and renters.

  Dave and his team are phenomenal, I have recommended them to everyone I know who has insurance needs. Dave is extremely knowledgeable and experienced and has demonstrated this when giving me advice and presenting products that are specific to my needs. It's clear to me that Dave is much more concerned with making sure his clients get the best deal and best insurance product for their needs than he is with making a sale. Dave has proven to be an adviser, not a "salesperson". When it comes to price, Dave's quotes are all very competitive to others in the market. Have I gotten phone calls from other agencies that could save me a few bucks every year? Yes I have, but I don't even consider them because the value that Dave offers in his professionalism, quick response time, and clear concern and understanding for his clients is unparalleled anywhere else.

  When I recently added a vehicle to my automotive policy Dave and his team were very helpful in quickly giving me cost information for various possible vehicle purchases and helped to make the buying process run very smoothly. I am very happy with the level of customer service they have provided since I switched over to Allstate.
