My husband and I have been with Baty Agency, Inc. for sometime now, and we couldn't be happier. Joe Durand and his amazing, wonderful team are always there to help us, no matter what...24/7, and I do mean 24/7. Rain, snow, HAIL or sleet, they're always there, wanting to help. If you call Baty on the weekends, and don't get an actual person on the phone, you'll be given Joe's personal cell number. If that doesn't show true customer service, I don't know what is. I have referred family members and friends to Joe in the past, and I wouldn't have done that if I didn't trust him and his team. You can't/won't go wrong with putting all your insurance needs in Joe's willing, capable hands.
Joe and The Baty Agency are the best! We have all of our insurance with them. Makes me sick to think we were with a different agency for 20 years paying hundreds of dollars more every year! I wish we would have switched to Joe sooner. Everyone at the office is very helpful and prompt with emails and return calls.
