(October 15, 2013, 7:42 am)My experience with Elizabeth Ross has been refreshingly uncommon. Everyone at her agency has the same goal; take special care of the customer. I was insured by her father Bob Ross for 35 years until he passed suddenly in 2011. I was worried that I would never get the same kind of attention I was used to, then I found Liz Ross had moved her business into her dad's old office. Her licensed staff make sure that you understand what you are buying. I have since referred many friends and relatives to them. They too have made the change.
(October 13, 2013, 8:02 pm)I have been using statefarm for over 10 years, yes there is other companies with lower rates but I have noticed through reviews and word of mouth that they never follow through with what they promise. Statefarm has never questioned anyone in my family nor I on any claims. So its worth the few dollars more a month. Thank you Elizabeth. Your team office is amazing and I will continue to refer you guys.
