I have to say that I have never had such wonderful service from anywhere let alone an insurance agency. My experience with most insurance companies and agencies has been negative. Not with this one. I work primarily with Cam, who is amazing and has actually called me back on weekends and always responds no matter what. In fact he was on vacation once and responded to let me know to give the office a call and they would take care of me. Wow what service. In addition they were able to reduce my home insurance by a significant amount. It will not name the other insurance company but they were way overcharging me for a lot less. Thank you so much to Janis-Shunta, Cam and all of the others that are so amazing at customer service and making sure that we get the best possible coverage. although they offer the best possible coverage, Cam has never tried to sell me something I didn't need. Again just an amazing group. I thank you my friend who referred me to them it was an awesome referral.
They're the perfect insurance agent. They provide quick and honest information. They also have technology to make for a far better customer experience, especially the easy electronic signatures. I highly recommend them from a customer service standpoint and in my experience pricing.
Additionally, you don't have to be local. I was able to do everything remotely.
I was looking for home and auto rates that were more affordable than what I had, and the Janis Shunta team responded quickly with writing up quotes for me, and worked with my time line. They found policies that provided the same coverage with much better rates! They have friendly and professional staff; I'm glad I checked them out!
