  I have been working with Lisa Vincent for over 12 years now. I appreciate the time she takes to assist us and how thorough she is when I have questions. She is knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. Over the years we have made quite a few changes on our policies and Lisa has always been there every step of the way to make sure we are covered correctly even if it costs a little more. When it comes to insurance, you get what you pay for. Knowing we have an agent who cares brings us peace of mind so THANK YOU!

  Recently I had the pleasure of meeting First Independent Insurance Agent Kim Wheelihan at the Sterling Heights Michigan location while researching new insurance carrier's to cover all of my personal and professional insurance policies. I found Kim to be very professional, very knowledgeable about the insurance industry, patient and prompt when returning my phone calls. I appreciated her attention to detail in helping me shape my insurance policies to the appropriate coverage instead of allowing me to base my decision on price alone. In closing I will convey that due to Kim's "exceptional customer service" I switched all of my insurance policies to First Independent Descamps Insurance Agency under Kim's supervision and because of that customer service I sent an email out to the many personal and professional contacts I have in my email list and asked them to contact Kim to review their policies if they are unhappy with their Insurance carrier's.

  I thought my insurance coverage was fantastic through state farm until I had a discussion with Lisa on the recommendation of a friend. I was shocked to see a comparison of what I thought I had versus what I actually had. Scary to see where I would have been left if God forbid something would have happened.
  
  Lisa got me straightened out with the coverage I should have had (and thought I did have). Best part, I even saved money with the way better coverage.

  I recently switched insurance and found First Independent Descamps to have great rates as well as outstanding customer service. My agent, Kim Wheelihan, gave me a quote and asked me several questions to be sure I was covered correctly should anything happen. I switched both my home and auto insurance and I am very pleased with the rates I received but even more so with the customer service. I highly recommend you at least get a quote to see if they can save you some money. Kim is fantastic and will work with you to get the coverage and price you need. 5 stars!
