(January 18, 2019, 2:41 pm)I have had State Farm for over 10 years. I started my policy in North Carolina and then moving back to my home state of Michigan. As everyone knows, Michigan insurance is just unreal. However my agent America I was lucky to get introduced to at Melissa's Scwartz office. She made the process painless and goes the extra mile to helping find the best options for coverage for my vehicles. I even contacted her before wanting to purchase a new vehicle and she went over vehicles with me to help with the insurance cost to which ones are more expensive to insure. I had my agent in North Carolina for almost 10 years and absolutely loved her, but America keeps blowing me away with her amazing customer service and willingness to go not only the extra mile but the whole marathon to help with any questions or policy updates. I will continue to be a State Farm customer as long as they continue to have excellent personnel like America.
(November 16, 2018, 11:25 am)I foolishly let my auto insurance lapse (duhhh), and was told by my former carrier I couldn’t renew my policy with them. I called the Melissa Schwartz Agency, dealt with America (yep, that’s her name) who handled my questions competently and promptly. She told me what I needed to do, she promised to follow up in 15 minutes. She absolutely DID follow up in 15 minutes, with affordable price points and info on bundling policies. She made my day AND holiday, and was professional and friendly beyond compare. The MS Agency had a winner with America and a lifetime client with me.
(October 26, 2018, 1:15 pm)I met with Melissa and was very pleased with the knowledge and experience she has to offer. She has helped me switch my neighborhood HOA insurance to her company allowing us to save a couple hundred dollars a year which was great for us!
(August 4, 2018, 4:53 pm)A little over a year ago my husband and I sat down with Melissa to go over our home and auto policies.
She was able to save us money and get us better coverage on our homeowners policy.
And while she wasn’t able to give us better coverage on our auto, she looked it over to be sure we were properly overed with the insurance we had.
