(May 19, 2018, 9:43 am)Mark and his team are fabulous. After going round and round with corporate on the phone, trying to secure documents for a new home mortgage. Only to find out days away from closing that they dropped the ball on me. My mortgage lady had me get a hold of Mark, within 20 minutes he had the needed documents sent to my mortgage company so we could close on schedule. Corporate had me so frustrated! They had a month to prepare these documents and after 30 years of doing business with them I was ready to drop AAA. Mark and his team gave me a new confidence in AAA of Michigan. Thanks again Mark.

I can say with confidence that working with him makes me feel comfortable and protected. Big thing for me is being able to get a hold of someone when I need them and his office is really professional about that. Great customer service and by far the best deals.
(January 11, 2018, 12:22 pm)I’ve been with the mark ismail agency for 5 years now. I have numerous vehicles, my home, life insurance, and rental properties under my policy. Mark is always available when I call him with questions or concerns and he always sends me documents immediately. I have a classic car and he took the time to have it appraised and insured for me. When I did my life insurance he had a nurse come to my home to do the examination. Mark will continue to get my business because he’s proven that he’s knowledgeable in a wide array of services. Whether it be new cars, classic cars, life insurance, primary home or rental properties. Thanks mark!
