Her customer service, ethics and going above and beyond the call of duty are second to none in her industry. I would recommend her to anyone I know.

(May 31, 2018, 2:12 pm)If you are looking for insurance, I HIGHLY recommend Trinesha. She is amazing! She took the time to sit down with me and go over every single line on the insurance forms. She explained everything in detail, why she recommended I add something or don't add something, and explained all the numbers to me. Most insurance agents just ask what type of insurance you need, hand you a bill, and then you never hear from them again. The fact that she took the time to explain everything until I understood the entire document and felt comfortable with all the numbers meant so much to me. She is completely honest, and I felt so comfortable asking her anything without feeling pressured. I know I won't have to worry about claims in the future or wonder if I am covered when I have an accident. She was also willing to come to my house in the evening to make our meeting more convenient for me since I have odd work hours. By far the best agent I have met.
(May 16, 2018, 2:39 pm)We began working with T's office about 7 years ago. The biggest thing we noticed was that she contacts us at least once per year to come in and review our policies. She has a wide range of knowledge and has given us advice over the years that has been tremendously helpful. We trust her!
(December 21, 2017, 8:45 am)Three years ago, I asked Trinesha to quote my insurance. She reviewed what we had, recommended a few changes but shared with me that she could not beat the prices that I had at my current agent. I was able to go back to my agent and implement the changes she recommended. She was not offended by this. At that point, I knew she had integrity.
About 3 months ago, I asked Trinesha to review again. She did. As she reviewed my policies, she was higher on the autos, but, lower on our home, overall, she ended up being lower this time. Even if the price wasn't lower, the service she provides to her clients would have made us switch anyway. I am grateful to have Trinesha as my insurance agent. She is AWESOME!
