  This is my place of employment. I see Jim go above and beyond daily for his clients. He genuinely cares about everyone and wants to make sure they are well taken care of and protected. He does his absolute best to educate and support his clients. It's such an honor working with someone who is as caring as he is!

  Wife arrived at 11am on a tuesday to find the doors locked, no one inside, and no one answered the phone. Owner replied quickly and resolved the problem very professionally

  Jim's attention to detail, professionalism, knowledge in the industry and sincerity make his company stand out from the competition. McDaniels Insurance Agency (even with their busy schedule of serving clients) always finds time to give back to the community in special ways. Jim's specialty is building long-term relationships and quality reviews that result in insurance that works well for each individual and/or company.   Jim and his team are incredible. They have good rates, and the service from him and his team are second to none. Jim answers his phone on nights and weekends, and is always helpful. If anything goes wrong, Jim and his whole team are there for you and will do anything they can to help you as quickly as possible.   Since, I was able to save over $200 a year, I switched. It was a no brainier. Jim was able to give me better coverage at a great rate. Since having my auto and renters insurance coverage with Jim McDaniels Insurance Agency, my premium has reduced a little bit at renewal time.
