THE GOOD: Another great hometown insurance agency, with friendly customer service. My only issue is (as with many insurance agencies) is that my insurance rates increased after the first term, but like I said, this is a common technique by many insurance agencies. It seems like they offer you a great low premium to get you started, but then it gradually increases as time goes by. At any rate, I wouldn't let that stop me from doing business their.
