(February 14, 2018, 4:17 pm)I have had my insurance through Dan Simmons' State Farm agency for going on a year now and have been very pleased with my service the entire time. I am getting my renter's, vehicle, and life insurance through them for less than what my vehicle insurance alone cost through my previous insurance company! And on top of that I receive amazing customer service from everyone in their office. I typically work with Kristin who is always on the spot and gets me what I need right away. I would highly recommend their office to anyone looking to switch insurance companies to not only get better rates, but to get that nice, personal service as well... much better than any 800 number I have had to call with other insurance companies!
(February 14, 2018, 3:13 pm)The Dan Simmons State Farm Agency has been absolutely wonderful to work with. I was so tired of being treated as just another number at the previous agency I dealt with. Since I've transferred my policy to Dan Simmons' agency, I've been treated with friendliness, courtesy and professionalism. My questions are answered promptly and they treat me with respect. Keep up the good work!
(February 14, 2018, 9:18 am)I have been with State Farm for 19 years and recently switched agents to Dan Simmons. Last January I was in a car accident in which my car was totaled. Dan and his staff were there all the way making sure I was taken care of. When I called him his first question was “Are you ok?”. His genuine concern and help throughout the process definitely made the whole experience less stressful than it could have been. Since then I have gone on to finance two cars through Dan and his service remains impeccable.

It is never easy spending money on insurance, but the Dan Simmons team is without a doubt always there to answer all my questions and make sure I have the insurance package that works for my budget and needs. They always go above and beyond. I highly recommend them!

For one, during a claim, I chose one of their repair options and still end up having to take my vehicle back in and pay out of pocket. I recently decided to switch companies because I wasn't happy with the claim process or the amount of the bill. I called 3-4 weeks prior to speak with someone out switching.
