Whether I'm renewing my existing policies or applying for new coverage they are knowledgeable and honest in providing me with just the right coverage I am looking for. Also, the few minor claims I have had have been processed quickly and to my satisfaction. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Shelly was great in working with me to make sure I had the policies that were suitable for my needs. She made sure she communicated with me in a timely manner about getting the policies in place when I needed them. Shelly even gave up her lunch hour to accommodate my schedule. I highly recommend this agency.

Everything has been smooth and painless.I hold customer service to a high standard when choosing any business I work with and they exceeded my expectations. They just get it. They really do. (April 16, 2019, 10:18 am)We referred by our pastor at Lighthouse Baptist Church to go to Reno Agency. We started doing a Dave Ramsey Financial Plan and Dave Ramsey recommended finding a place that would search for competing insurances for better rates and coverage. We were happy with the results not only did we get 10x better coverage on auto but our home as well. Their was a lot we didn't understand when we got our first insurance but Mike explained everything perfectly and made the process easy to understand. I am grateful that we found them and they are a great company to go through!!
(April 13, 2019, 12:45 am)A great locally run business. Not only do the go out of their way to make sure you are covered, they even update your portfolio as time goes on. Things like additions, changes to your house. I have never dealt with such a friendly and knowledgeable staff in my life.
