  I am greatly appreciative for the benefits of the SCO Program; it is a proactive program which has helped get me back on track and stable with my health. I have yet to be disappointed in the services nor the staff. A social worker and a nurse case manager visits me 2x's a year, interview me to learn if my needs are being met and are exceptionally pleasant and sincerely care about me as a person. They are respectful and very helpful. Customer Services staff are professional, yet warm and helpful. If they are unable to assist me with my questions, they take the time to find the answer or at least make every effort possible. I pray I am eligible for this program for an exceptional long time because life only gets better with the benefits they provide.
