(August 28, 2019, 3:10 pm)I would like to personally thank Maureen O’Mahoney (customer service representative) for reaching out to me via email after noticing that I was being overcharged by my current/ former car insurance carrier. She single-handedly saved me over $1300 on my new car insurance coverage (same policy) and I couldn’t be more ecstatic! Hats off to you and Flynn Insurance Agency for reaching out and for providing a service that I am very pleased with. Looking forward to working with them for any future car insurance needs and would recommend them to everyone and anyone who is looking for an A+ insurance provider.

(November 9, 2018, 12:26 pm)I haven't had to deal with the claims process yet, but I just transferred my service and Flynn made the process extremely easy and even cancelled my old policy and submitted HR paperwork for my payroll deductions for me! The only issue I encountered, which was minor, was that I requested quotes and to be contacted by an agent through their website a couple of times which didn't go through, though the website confirmed that it had. When I called they couldn't find anything in the system with my info, but the rest of the process was a total breeze from then on.
