  Kirby has been an absolute pleasure to work with. I was in the process of closing on my first home and they helped minimize the stress with fast responses and detailed, thoughtful communication during the entire process. Stephen from Kirby is who I worked with specifically. He provides great customer service and is incredibly helpful with all questions! I only had auto with Kirby before but combined my home and auto so I could continue working with them.

  I heard about BJ Kirby through a friend because I was new to the area and did not want to work directly with an insurance “company”. BJKirby is a great agency because they have that small town feel (it feels like you’ve known them forever) but are wise beyond their zip code! I have had the pleasure of working with Stephen Jenkins for both my home and auto insurance 7 months ago and just recently (both brand new) and the process could not have been easier. Regardless of where you live or what you drive, they will help you through the process and you won’t feel like you got taken advantage of. If you want reliability and response-BJ Kirby is the answer, ask for Stephen Kirby!!
