I highly recommend contacting Petrocelli Public Insurance Adjusters if you need to deal with any type of insurance claim losses and issues. I worked with Chad Bishop & Andrea and they were so amazing. I felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders after I met with them! After my house had a pipe break and fill with water, I was so frustrated and overwhelmed. I had no idea really what kind of questions to ask. Since I live in a very old, historic house/area, he knew exactly what to fight for. Additionally, he just took over. He told me what I needed to do (gather receipts, etc., took over the clean - up, communicated 100% with the insurance companies (Master and personal) and put my mind at ease. I was hesitant at first because they take a % off what you get from insurance; however, since this is their expertise, they knew when quotes were coming back low, and represented damage that I would not have picked up on (for example: wet dining room wood floors that appeared dried and insurance co. said they would flatten out and could be sanded). It is such a long process, that you just want to be done, and that is where, due to Chad's expertise and experience, he was able to keep me up-to-date with what was going on throughout the entire ordeal. 2 years later, after insurance had said no to covering an appliance that had gotten a lot of water into the computer system, I emailed him, and as usual, get a response within the day (or hour) and he is all over it.
