He went over in detail each plan as well as the additional options and costs and never once tried to oversell me on anything that wasn't necessary. Instead he informed me of what each level of coverage included and what the benefits were. Can not recommend his services enough.

He was able to navigate me through the maze of online forms and answered all my questions surrounding the optimum plan for my situation. He was professional , courteous and extremely responsive. I highly recommend Bruce with-out hesitation.
