(August 6, 2014, 10:31 am)Kim Chandler is absolutely amazing. She is the most professional and resourceful employee that any company could hope for. I was going through a divorce, purchasing a new home and needing to rewrite my auto policy at the same time. Kim was able to expedite the process and take care of all details for me. We tend to forget about customer service in this "e-insurance" world. Don't fall for the "7-minute" or "15 percent" commercials! Kim saved me thousands over those companies! I highly recommend Flaherty Insurance and Kim Chandler.
