Although he was responsible for auto insurances, I was assisted with both my existing auto and home policies, as I was inquiring about details of them. Great customer service - warm, cheerful and professional!

(June 22, 2019, 9:04 pm)I was really pressed from time after sitting in traffic coming from work in Cambridge "Boston" and needed to add a vehicle to my policy i only had about 20 minutes to get it done and then get to the registry before 5pm closing on a Friday of all days,Thank God Jacquelyn was there to help me with my added coverage she was very helpful and professional and took the time to make sure I was taken care of without a moment to spare.. Thanks so much Jacquelyn you are a one in a million!!

I went in just to get a form to renew my registration and Luz noticed that I was paying a lot for insurance and got me a few quotes from other companies that saved me a significant amount of money. She was very friendly and the entire process was fast. Highly recommend them!

She was super patient and provided nothing but excellence. Excellent service all around and we would recommended this company to anyone!
