They are both very thorough and knowledgeable with the insurance process and provide fair rates. They respond to emails right away and provide clear details over the phone. The only reason why I needed to cancel is because I moved to VA. They are both very exceptional and will not hesitate to give them a call if I move back to MA again. Both translate well with customer satisfaction of the brand and knowledge of what is being served to them. Great rates, coverage options and flexible hours either by phone or office visit. He was able to save me a significant amount of money and I'm so grateful. He also made himself available to answer all my questions and to make sure that I understood the policy. Laurmark works so hard for their customers and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great coverage at a lower cost.

If i ever had a question they would always answer it and if you email them they always get back to you right away! They have best prices and their service is unbeatable.
