(April 21, 2017, 6:08 pm)I have been with A Affordable Ins for well over 20 years. That many years alone in my opinion speaks volumes that this company must be doing something right!! This insurance company does everything right....then some!! Over the years, i have NEVER had anything but Top Notch Customer Service...Never once!! Which brings me to a call i made today regarding an increase in tge cost of my policy ( my fault!) . I panicked, as im sure anyone would now a days. I was greeted by a representative whose name was Shirley. Yet again....when all was said and done, that feeling of relief, stress and all that goes with it....GONE..as it has been any time ive had to call A Affordable. Shirley was AMAZING!! Not once did i feel rushed, or confused, as Shirley was determined to do what ever she could to " make things better". Shirley took every step possible, explaining everything in detail to me, as i was quite anxious!! She did that and more!! I could go on and on, as i once again hung up the phone happy, relieved. and so thankful to this wonderful representative for taking much stress off my shoulders!! I to this day STILL refer people to A Affordable...they are hands down the BEST INSURANCE COMPANY ANYWHERE!! Thank you once again!! And Shirley...you get 10 stars for making my day!!
