When our company was new, just a little over 2 years ago, she was so helpful with all of my questions and very patient in explaining things to me that I didn't understand.

(March 15, 2019, 12:45 pm)I wanted to share my recent experience with Keefe Insurance. I was involved in a minor fender bender a few weeks ago. The service I received from Keefe insurance, Hanover Insurance and their recommended auto body repair company, Ultra Shine Collision was outstanding. From the moment I called Keefe Insurance my claim seemed like it was the only one they were working on. I received service immediately from the adjuster. I was able to arrange a timely appointment with Ultra Shine and they arranged to have Enterprise Car Rental deliver and pick up my rental car at their location. It was the best experience I have ever had dealing with repairs after an accident. I would highly recommend Keefe Insurance. It's no wonder they've been around for more than 100 years!
