  This Santander Bank branch is located inside the Shaw's Supermarket in Cobb's Corner. Most of the staff I have encountered are warm, friendly, non-judgmental, and go above and beyond to help. The other great thing is that they have expanded hours, so I am able to go in after work to get my banking done when needed.

  In an area with plenty of super market banks, this branch really does a good job of breaking away from the pack. Tellers are polite and professional- true hallmarks of outstanding service. This branch even worked with me to refinance my mortgage... I cannot tell you how important this was! I was working with the manager (Michael?) and he really took the stress away from such a critical decision and took the time to personally explain each step of the process.
  
  I will definitely be coming to this branch again once my children start looking into student loans.
  
  Bottom line: This branch is prompt, professional and inviting and management goes the extra mile. Only complaint is that they stopped stocking root beer flavored lollipops. Bummer.

  The entire team there is extremely helpful and courteous. They work quickly and accurately - always with a smile. Mike is new to this branch but is already remembering names of clients which adds that personal touch. Fadia is always able to work while holding a conversation with her clients. Everyone there is absolutely wonderful and personable. They give me a great experience each time I'm in their branch.
