  Great company, great benefits for their members. Without question the best health insurance company in the Union. Thank you President Obama for the ACA!!!

  This feels odd to be doing a review on an insurance company because I have had such bad experiences in the past with companies like BCBS and Aetna. But I couldn’t be happier with my Tufts HMO through the massconnector site. I have had some unexpected major health issues and Tufts have been amazing and have covered everything! I would honestly be broke if I didn’t have Tufts. And their customer service people have been great too. I know that people reading this probably think I work for the company but I don’t. I’m just a customer and thought I should share my experience. The absolute worst insurance I’ve had has been Aetna. They’re totally unethical. Also I did my homework before choosing Tufts. It got very good reviews from insurance review sites.
