I have had Schaffner Insurance for my auto and homeowners insurance for years now and have had only positive experiences dealing with Bob and Melanie. Back in 2015 when I sought coverage for damage due to an ice dam, Melanie was so helpful. Both she and Bob are knowledgeable, professional, friendly and helpful. As a plus, it's refreshing to have one of them answer the phone when you call. Nothing beats personal service!

Service from this company (especially Melanie) had been great. Purchased a car while in FL this past winter. The dealer in FL was very slow getting the paperwork ready and Melanie was all over them. Problem was solved in a timely manner and I received all the new paperwork via email.
