I have been insured with Richard George Insurance for nearly twenty five years and I have never had anything but positive experiences with every transaction I've made. The people who work there have changed over the years but the excellent customer service has not. Whenever I call about a transaction or with a question the agents are always friendly and handle it quickly and efficiently, which is so important when you're buying or selling a car, something that can be exciting, but can also be stressful. It is such a relief knowing my registry and insurance transactions are covered without me giving it s second thought.
Mr. George retired some years back and at first I was nervous that it wouldn't be the same without him. He was a cool guy, very old school, Mr. George knew all of his customers by name, as did his staff rarely, most of whom worked there for years. However, Bob Deluca made the transition seamless; in fact, the service is better than ever. Bob's ability to multi-task is very impressive, but what is even more impressive, is he is always friendly, patient and delightful to deal with. Whatever the transaction is when Bob tells me "it's taken care of" then I know it is.
FYI: They have relocated from 317 Broadway Winter Hill Somerville to 101 Mystic Ave in Medford. It is only a five minute drive from the Somerville location, and it is a nicer office with plenty of free parking. This is I highly recommend Bob Deluca and Richard George Insurance.
