  Great emergency service. We had an issue where we needed to get insurance to a town in order to resolve a permit issue and avoid a $500 fine. Downey Insurance came through with the necessary paperwork to get the job done in just two hours. Great job!

  I just moved to Massachusetts and registering/insuring seems to be much different than any other state. Kristina at Downey helped me make the transition smooth and kept contact with me through the whole transition. She also saved me about 80$ a month. So that's a big plus, I've never actually had service this great from an insurance company before. It's nuts how much they help you.
