(August 14, 2019, 4:52 pm)The fellows in the office are wonderful! Went in today to renew my insurance and had to bring my 2granddaughters aged 4 and 5. Thomas entertained them while David K explained things, checked on things from a previous accident and wrote up my policy. I never felt rushed, had all my questions answered, and enjoyed a normally impersonal experience. Customer service is#1 at Paul Murphy Insurance!

Truly a knowledgeable man and I've been loyal to him for over a decade. PTM insurance is easy to work with and always there for all of your insurance needs! Yesterday, I called David when I was ten minutes away from the dealership on my way to pick up the new car. He and the team made the crazy process of switching from New York to Massachusetts with a lease buyout and the purchase of a second car super smooth! Definitely would recommend!
